This service is for clients looking for a bit of guidance and ideas rather than employing me to do any actual design work for them. It allows for a bit of flexibility on your behalf and doesn’t tie you in if all you want is a sounding board for your own ideas, or for me to give you some on site tips and guidance. After the consultation I'll send you a document with useful information and suppliers based on what we discussed. The consultation will have up to 2 hours allocated on site and I'll require a bit of information and photos of the space before hand so that you can get the most value out of the 2 hours as possible.

Concept Design | Initial site visit to develop the brief. Measured survey & timeline/budget discussion. Floor plan and concept design for approval. Textures board of samples.

Design Development | Plans, elevations & any technicals. Product list with pricing. Any schedules if required. Lighting Design. 3D visuals of the design (optional addition).

Co-Ordination & Implementation | Sourcing and overseeing trades or other professionals. Purchasing & procurement of products. Overseeing progress and attending client meetings.
I’m able to offer a freelancing service to other designers, architects, developers etc. I've worked on my own projects and for other professionals as a freelancer so I know what it takes to run a project from start to finish as well as working within other studios. I'm able to provide concept work, drawing packages, CGI's, specification schedules, lighting design, FF&E and budget plans along with a few other things. I work primarily off Vectorworks and Renderworks as well as Adobe Creative Suite but have experience in other software packages as well. My specialist areas are in bathrooms and lighting.
